High tensile and torsion strengthsLongitudinal stretch can quickly reveal the limitations of standard cables. HYFLEX® cables, on the other hand, can withstand torsion loads of up to 320 degrees. An appropriate cable design will ensure high tensile strength – for example with Kevlar braiding for extra support.
Flexing cyclesMechanical movement can easily cause the outer cable layer to stretch and the cable core to buckle. Thanks to their design and the special materials used, HYFLEX ® cables will withstand more than 25 million flexure cycles.

Abrasion-proofWe deal with tough environments by using abrasion-proof and notch-resistant cable jackets. PUR materials are particularly suitable for this purpose.
