A cable that is reeled on to a drum is subjected to the greatest possible mechanical stress due to tight radii and ever smaller cable diameters. In spite of this Hradil, by carefully selecting the materials to be used, e.g. alloy 135, can guarantee that your cables will achieve long working lives.
